Graig Gubello
Owner, Founder of Gubello Physical Therapy
Hi, I’m Dr. Graig Gubello, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the founder of Gubello Mobile Physical Therapy. My mission is to help active adults get back to doing the things they love with family and friends—without being held back by pain or unnecessary limitations.
I provide convenient, on-demand, in-home physical therapy designed to help people recover naturally and avoid unnecessary medications, injections, and surgery whenever possible.
Why I Started Gubello Physical Therapy
I founded Gubello Physical Therapy because I’ve learned that people rarely seek treatment simply because they’re in pain. They seek help because pain has taken away something meaningful from their lives.
Whether it’s hiking, exercising, playing with grandchildren, traveling, or simply moving confidently throughout the day, losing the ability to enjoy those activities can have a tremendous impact on quality of life. My goal is to help you regain that freedom.
A Different Approach to Physical Therapy
Many people spend months—or even years—searching for answers. Along the way, they often receive conflicting diagnoses, confusing information, and treatment plans focused more on imaging results than on the individual.
My approach is different.
I believe you’re much more than an MRI or X-ray. I take the time to understand your story, your goals, and the challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan built around education, movement, exercise, and practical lifestyle strategies that help you make lasting progress—not just temporary improvements.
Mobile Physical Therapy That Fits Your Life
As a mobile physical therapy practice, I bring care directly to your home or preferred environment. This allows treatment to be tailored to your everyday activities, creating a more practical and meaningful rehabilitation experience.
By working in the environments where you actually live, move, and recreate, we’re able to deliver high-quality, individualized care that supports long-term success.
My Story
My passion for helping others is personal.
While attending graduate school, I experienced nearly a year of persistent shoulder pain during one of the most challenging periods of my life. That experience gave me firsthand insight into the physical and emotional frustrations that often accompany long-term pain.
Growing up, I played football, baseball, and hockey, and today I continue to stay active through running, hiking, climbing, and camping. I understand how important it is to stay involved in the activities that bring purpose, enjoyment, and connection, and I’m committed to helping my patients do the same.
